In a large bowl, add ground pork
In a food processor, add shrimp (cleaned, tails off) and pulse until a paste forms
Add shrimp to mixing bowl with pork, add chipped cilantro and green onions. Add two tablespoons of Lemongrass Basil Sauce. Season with black pepper and mix well until evenly incorporated
Heat avocado oil in large skillet over medium heat
Evenly divide meat and form 16 meatballs (about two tablespoons each), sear meatballs on the first side for 3-5 minutes until evenly browned. Flip and repeate on the other side
Add two packets of Kevin's Natural Foods Lemongrass Basil Sauce, cover pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature of the meatballs reads 165°F
Serve with riced calui, rice, vegetable ribbons, etc.
